The hotel stands 28 double storeys high and has 202 duplex suites. All suites have wonderful views of the gulf and are equipped with the latest technology, laptop computers and Internet access. There are 2 Royal suites on the 25th floor. These suites offer matchless peaks of luxury including a private elevator, private cinema, rotating beds, and Arabic meeting room.

It is reached by an express panoramic lift travelling 6 meters per second, It offers a refind setting with scenic windows over the Arabian coastline and The Palm.
