Can I buy the flight without booking the hotel with you?
Unfortunately you cannot buy the flight separately from the hotel. We offer charter flights ONLY in one package with the hotel. We provide you with the detailed information about flights and Airline Company, you will be flying with. Payment for the flight will be performed directly to the Charter Flights Company and this Company will send the confirmation of reserving this flight to you. Our Service is free. In case if you find cheaper accommodation in Cyprus we would be grateful if you inform us about it and indicate the source. We will offer you our great deals and discounts.

Can I be sure that I find a charter flight with you for the fixed date?
You should enquire the information first and after it appoint dates of arrival and departure. If you have fixed your dates and booked already the hotel for these dates it may also occur that there will be no charters for that very day, only a day earlier or a day later. That is why we do recommend you to have one or two days in reserve.

Should I pay something additionally to you for this service?
Our Service is free!

How will I get my tickets?
E-mail will be sent to you confirming all the details of your booking.
Please note that tickets can only be delivered to UK addresses. These will usually be forwarded to you around 3-4 weeks before departure. For all bookings made within 21 days of departure or not originating from the UK, your tickets will be sent to the airport for collection.
Carriage will only be provided to the passenger named in the ticket who may be required to produce appropriate identification. Tickets always remain the property of the issuing carrier and/or the relevant tour operator and will cease to be valid if they are mutilated or altered other than by us.

May I change the date of arrival or departure if I have already reserved the flight?
In certain circumstances passengers may transfer or change their tickets. It might also be possible to obtain a refund. But charter flight tickets often have restrictions, which usually mean that no changes or refunds can be made once the reservation has been confirmed.

How can I pay for my tickets? / Is it possible to pay only by credit card? / May I pay in cash in the airport directly? What is included into the price if the charter and what will we have to pay additionally?
In order to confirm a booking, passenger must pay a deposit by either credit card or Switch card, representing a proportion of the purchase price. The proportion of the purchase price required by way of deposit will vary according to the type of ticket purchased. The balance of the ticket price shall become payable upon receipt of the final invoice, in accordance with the terms therein, prior to the departure date. In the event that the balance of the ticket price has not been received by Airline Company, by the due date, the Company may cancel the booking and shall not be liable to make any refund to passenger of any funds received by them in respect of such cancelled reservation. Once the passenger has made a booking and paid a deposit, the basic price of their flight will not increase. No increases to the price shall be made after the issue of the Final Invoice, which will be sent to passengers before departure.
Certain additional taxes or airport levies not shown as included in the price of the ticket may be levied at certain international airports. Passengers should ensure that they have adequate funds to pay for such taxes or levies, which are payable locally. Where possible, we shall try to advise you of such local requirements in advance.
Due to rising oil prices an additional Fuel Supplement may be charged for all adults and children traveling. This item will be displayed as "Fuel Supplement" on your itinerary screen.

How can I cancel my charter flight and what is cancellation fee?
If the increases in prices made known to the passenger at the time of the Final Invoice increase the total ticket price by more than 10% excluding insurance premiums or any amendment charges the passenger may cancel the booking within 14 days of the Final Invoice date.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell the flight, the Company makes a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your form or letter - the more notice you give, the less the company will charge, and will normally be based on a percentage of the holiday cost.
If you are traveling on a scheduled flight, the Airline Company cannot give you any refund until the Airline Company has received your old travel documents, including tickets. You should send them to the Airline Company at the address, which will be indicated to you, once you have contacted the Company that you wish to cancel your flight.

Note: If you have taken out the Airline Company -recommended Insurance policy, or any other holiday insurance policy, you may be able to claim for the cancellation charge. Please check your policy.

Cancellation charges
These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure the Airline Company receives your cancellation. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your holiday, not including your insurance premium.

May I change the direction of flying? Can I book with you charter flights to the other countries?
We plan to open other destinations but at the moment flights only to and from Cyprus are available.

Can I change my booking, like names, passengers, etc?
Yes you can make certain changes to your booking, but you will be charged for making changes to your booking, these charges vary depending on the changes you wish to make.
1. If you want to change any details of your booking (such as changing to a different hotel or changing your departure date or airport) or to cancel the flight you have booked, we will do our best to help. We charge an 'amendment fee' for each person named on the booking and for each detail of the booking which you change. If you make the change more than 56 days before departure, the fee will be EURO 15 per person or change. If you make the change within 56 days of departure, the amendment fee will be EURO 25.
2. The price of your new holiday arrangements will be based on the prices that apply on the day you ask for the change. These prices may not be the same as when you booked your holiday.
3. If you are prevented from taking the holiday you have booked, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you meet the following conditions:
a. You must sign an amendment/cancellation form authorizing us to make the transfer;
b. The person to whom you transfer your booking must comply with all terms of the existing booking;
c. That person must sign a booking form accepting the transfer and the terms of Our Agreement;
d. That person must show us new evidence of their holiday insurance, as your policy cannot be transferred to another person (and the premium cannot be refunded);
e. We will charge a fee of EURO 30 per person if the transfer is more than 56 days before departure, or EURO 50 per person if the transfer is within 56 days (but more than 14 days) of departure to cover the costs of processing your transfer. This will be added to the new Holiday Invoice issued to that person;
f. You will remain responsible for the payment of any balance on that new Holiday Invoice (or any Final Invoice issued) should that person fail to pay it;
g. You cannot transfer a booking within 14 days of departure date.

4. Please note: Name change, and or departure time changes are not always allowed by the airline. Whilst the Airline Company will do their best to change the details of the booking, please bear in mind that most scheduled airlines treat name changes as a cancellation and charge accordingly. These charges will be passed on to you. Once tickets have been issued, and sometimes even before they have been issued, any changes made to the ticket, including names or initials, will result in you having to pay for the cancelled ticket and buy a new ticket at full cost.

From which airports will I depart in London and to which airports in Cyprus will I arrive?
We cooperate with all British airports to your comfort. You will arrive to Larnaca or Paphos airports in Cyprus, depending on the charter flight.

Do I take out an insurance policy?
Adequate travel insurance cover is strongly recommended and required, if you also choose to book accommodation through our Agency.
There are no financial limits to the liability for passenger injury or death. For damages up to 100,000 SDRs (approximately 80,000) the air carrier cannot contest claims for compensation. Above that amount, the air carrier can defend itself against a claim by proving that it was not negligent or otherwise at fault.
If a passenger is killed or injured, the air carrier must make an advance payment, to cover immediate economic needs, within 15 days from the identification of the person entitled to compensation. In the event of death, this advance payment shall not be less than 16,000 SDRs (approximately 13,000).
In the case of passenger delay, the air carrier is liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid the damage or it was impossible to take such measures. The liability for passenger delay is limited to 4,150 SDRs (approximately 3,300).
In case of baggage delays, the air carrier is liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid the damage or it was impossible to take such measures. The liability for baggage delay is limited to 1,000 SDRs (approximately 800).
The air carrier is liable for destruction, loss or damage to baggage up to 1000 SDRs (approximately 800). In the case of checked baggage, it is liable even if not at fault, unless the baggage was defective. In the case of unchecked luggage the carrier is liable only if at fault.

How many seats do your airliners have?
Different planes are used, so the number of seats can vary from 250 up to 328 seats in a plane.

What is my baggage allowance?
Charter flights baggage allowance is normally 20kg (some low cost airlines only allow 15kg) and hand-luggage is normally 5kg and it should be able to be stored under your seat or in the overhead compartment. This information is normally printed on your tickets.

Are in-flight meals included?
You will be told this at the time of booking, but most airlines now charge EURO 10 per person for meals and they require that you pre-book the meals at least 2-weeks before your departure date. Within 2-weeks of travel meals cannot be added to your booking.

Can I pre-book my seats?

Can I take my skies, SCUBA gear, golf clubs, bicycle or other large equipment with me?
Skies normally carry a EURO 15 per person charge, but for the latest costs for skies, SCUBA gear, golf clubs, bicycles and other large equipment please contact the airline you are flying with directly, who will be able to advise you of their current charges which do vary depending on the airline.

Additional Information:
Please ensure your passport and any necessary visas are valid for your complete trip and that the name on your passport matches the name on your ticket. If you fail to do so, carriage may be denied and you will be solely responsible for any costs, losses or damages which you, we or our travel partners incur as a result of your failure to obtain the relevant documentation and inoculations. Some countries require passengers to have at least six months validity remaining on a full 10 year passport. Visas may be required for British Citizens for entry to non EU countries. Visas may also be required for longer stays over three months in certain EU countries. For up to date advice on immigration and visa requirements please contact the embassy, high commission or consulate of your destination.
If due to circumstances beyond its control, Carrier cancels or delays a flight, is unable to provide previously confirmed space, fails to stop at a passenger's stop-over or destination point, or causes a passenger to miss a connecting flight on which passenger holds a reservation, Operator shall at their discretion, either:
a. carry the passenger on another of the Carrier's flights on which space is available; or
b. make a refund in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Carriage

Tips on finding the cheapest flight
Make sure your trip includes a Saturday-night stay
Don't fly on the busiest days of the week (i.e. Friday)
Don't fly at the busiest times (before 10 a.m.)
Don't specify a preferred airline
Be prepared to go via another airport en route
If you're going to a package holiday destination, try looking for a charter flight as well.
